1) Most people giving real estate investing advice recommend wholesaling or flipping properties. That’s fine and these methods can be profitable for some people. But for many, this rarely replaces their full-time income or gives them financial freedom. I recommend to focus 100% on MULTI-FAMILY property investment – no single family homes, no flipping or wholesaling. Just getting in on the bigger deals for the biggest profits.
2) The next thing that makes me different is my background and experience. I’ve been investing in multi-family for over 30 years now. I’ve NEVER lost money on a deal. And my company controls over $5 billion in real estate assets – all multi-family. There’s simply no one else out there at my level teaching this method to the public.
